Choose how your sender name appears when recipients get your SMS. Want all your SMS communications to come from the same number? Secure your own dedicated mobile number. Want to build brand awareness and trust? Choose an alphanumeric header. Or by default, you can simply let the sender number be picked randomly from a pool of mobile numbers.
When it comes to SMS marketing success, the small things make all the difference. That’s why we provide flexibility to use headers the way you want. Want all your SMS communications to come from the same number? Secure your own dedicated mobile number. Want to build brand awareness and trust? Create an alphanumeric header. With MessageNet, the choice is yours.
Your headers, your way
With MessageNet, you can choose how your sender name appears when recipients get your SMS. We offer three options to suit a wide range of campaign types and budgets:
- Default number: By default, the sender number is picked randomly from a pool of mobile numbers. So the number may change each time you send an SMS blast.
- Dedicated number: If you want all your SMS communications to come from the same number, this option is for you.
- Alphanumeric header: Create your own header using a maximum of 11 characters (including spaces), e.g. “CompanyName”. Remember, your recipient cannot reply to an alphanumeric header, so you will need to include a mobile number within the SMS content for opt-outs and replies.
