MessageNet's online reporting tools enable the account administrator to view usage by individual users or cost centres. This enables usage tracking and on billing.


An administrator login can check their current rate plan online at any time. The ‘check plan’ feature presents a graph indicating message volumes and the status of the current plan. It helps ensure that you are always on the most cost efficient message rate (Please note this is available for monthly accounts only).

 


Message Tracking


An audit trail of all messages sent via the MessageNet Gateway can be viewed online at anytime.

Each message is time stamped and indicates whom it was sent by, whom it was sent to, as well as the delivery status of the message. Reports can be broken down by time, sender and recipient. Account Administrators can access the message log of all users, General Users can only see their message log.
